3015 Easter Regatta, Columbia, SC

Wow, what a great regatta! Three excellent days of beautiful sunshine and wind! The U20's and J70's raced on a separate course from the J24's and had an amazing 11 races over the 3 day event.  This regatta was intense. Everyone was tired, happy, and had a fun time on shore. Congratulations to Jordan Wiggins from Lake Norman Yacht Club, sailing Steve Rose's "Running with Scissors" for an outstanding regatta. 7 firsts! Yikes! BJ Jones, also from Lake Norman was 2nd, and Steve Rose, from host club Columbia Sailing Club, had a sensational regatta, finishing 3rd. This regatta is a lot of fun, logistics are easy (launching, overnight docking) and the folks at CSC put on a terrific event - both on and off the water.  2016 is the 50th Easter Regatta.  Let's have a big U20 turnout!!
